This event was a moderator-led discussion with researchers, practitioners, and community members about the U.S. immigration and refugee system, its implications, and the impact on local communities. The event was co-sponsored by the College of Humanities & Social Sciences, Division of Global Affairs, Department of Geography & Anthropology, Department of Sociology & Criminal Justice, Department of Interdisciplinary Studies, Latin American/Latino Studies Program, School of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding & Development, the Presidential Commission on Racial & Ethnic Dialogue, and the Presidential Commission on GLBTIQ Initiatives.
